STEP 1. STUDENT PROFILING

For New Student/Transferee only
Fill out the pre-registration form online
New Student/ Transferee/Returnee: https://college.citkitcharao.edu.ph/registration
Old Student: https://college.citkitcharao.edu.ph

STEP 2. SUBMIT YOUR ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

College Freshmen Admission Requirements:

1. Original copy of Form 138
2. Certificate of Good moral character
3. NCAE result
4. Birth Certificate certified by PSA (2 copies)
5. Certificate of residency from your barangay (3copies)
6. 2pcs Recent 2x2 picture with white background with a name tag
7. Bring a black ball pen and long brown envelope

Transferee Admission Requirements:

1. Certificate of Transfer Credential with Informative Copy
2. Certificate of Good moral character
3. Birth Certificate certified by PSA (2copies) *If married, photocopy of marriage contract certified by PSA
4. Certificate of residency from your barangay (3copies)
5. 2pcs Recent 2x2 picture with white background with a name tag
6. Bring a black ball pen and long brown envelope

STEP 3. PAY THE REGISTRATION FEE TO ANY OF THE FOLLOWING MODE OF PAYMENTS:

STEP 5. WAIT FOR YOUR LMS ACCOUNT AND OFFICIAL GMAIL

*CIT LMS is an online delivery mode which student will utilize for online learning

STEP 6. WAIT FOR YOUR CLASS SCHEDULE IN THE LMS
